Which harbour is your ship at?

Airline check-in at Reykjavik harbour

BagBee provides airline check-in and luggage transfer for passengers flying with Icelandair from Keflavík Airport — including passengers arriving by cruise ship in Reykjavík.

Cruise ships dock in two areas. Most ships berth at Sundahöfn (about 5 km / 10 minutes from the city centre), which has three cruise pick-up points: the Vör Cruise Terminal (Skarfabakki), the Skarfabakki 315 entry point, and Korngarðar. Smaller ships dock at Miðbakki, the old harbour in the city centre.

One Group - Many Destinations?

Are you coming off a cruise with a group and the group members are flying to different destinations and even at different times? No problem! You can simply make one booking and use one flight number as a reference for the booking. When the BagBee agent checks you in, the bags are automatically checked into the correct destination for each passenger. Please note however that if you book in one booking, only the contact person for that group will get the live tracking link to locate the driver before check-in and only one confirmation about the luggage delivery will be sent to the contact person.

Skarfabakki has two entry points: the Vör Cruise Terminal (the main one, formerly 312) and Skarfabakki 315. Choose one when booking. See the exact meeting points in the map links below.

Miðbakki meeting point

Miðbakki cruise port has only one entry points for passengers. The meeting point is just outside the cruise terminal. See location in links below.

Location when booking

When booking the luggage pick-up and check-in service, please write the name of your cruise ship in the comments and select your pick-up location:

Vör Cruise Terminal (Skarfabakki), Skarfabakki 315, Korngarðar, or Miðbakki.
